“You have a point there…”She said, then sighed, letting her arms drop to her side.”I have another question…is there anyway I can contact my friend on the outside? And, is it possible for me to speak to one of the scientist?”This creature was the only connection she had to the scientist. She wanted to get at least a little information that would be valuable out of it.
[ NO ]
The single word displayed takes up the whole screen imposingly. The dog will only act as a middleman between participants and the scientists at the latter’s digression— certainly not on command from a mere guinea pig.
The font returns to its normal, smaller size.

Yellow stared at the screen for a long time, speaking in a cold manner when she finally opened her mouth.
“Are you saying that the scientist had nothing to do with that? That this isn’t all just a test for your guy’s little experiment?”She asked the dog thing. She wouldn’t believe the dog if he told her any different. He was with the scientist after all.

Yellow read the words as the flashed across the screen. Cease threatening behavior? She was threatening? A 17 year old girl, who could pass off for a male, and was barely the average height of a 12 year old, was threatening? They must get scared easily. But, Yellow obeyed. She didn’t want to see what the ‘force’ was that would be used. She looked down at the dog.
“Fine. Will you please tell me what’s going on.”
Anything obstructive to the goal is ‘threatening’ behaviour— the dog does not take into account things such as appearance or age or sex.
Thankfully, the girl calms down, and the screen becomes static red once again, the text turning black.

“What in dear Arceus’ name is that…?”Yellow asked herself. Was that a Pokemon? With a T.V for a head?? She frowned, it didn’t look like any Pokemon she had seen. Was it even what the people from the other worlds called an animal? It was creepy. She shivered. Yellow bet that those sick scientist captured that poor animal and did that to them.
Yellow growled, and stood in front of the dog. The scienist were watching them through this, right?
“What the heck are you psychos doing? People could get hurt here!”She yelled at it, highly doubt getting a response. She probably looked stupid, but she didn’t care. She felt her anger raise. She did have some sort of psychic ability, but it was weak. She didn’t think she could pick this dog up and smash it into the side of the building like she wanted to.
“Answer me!”She demanded.
So many people are accosting it today— it’s like they want to be a part of this experiment!
Too bad they all act so rashly.
Normally, when a dog tries to look intimidating, it sticks up its tail and bares its teeth with a snarl— but this one makes no noise or movement at all. It simply stares straight at the girl, its screen flashing red and black with bold white text, like a warning light.

And as Bro rushes through the darkness, retaining his collected poker face, he sees a flash of red light before him. Moving in closer, he recognizes it. The dog, wasn’t it? Yeah… the TV Dog. But it seems like it wasn’t playing games anymore, if the red light was any indicator. He remembered asking a “wrong” question, and receiving a red tinted warning.
Obviously, now wasn’t the time to piss it off.
And yet… maybe it could give a little background to this. And, if anything, it would make searching Sector 002 a lot easier and safer, to have a light around.
So he stopped before the dog, and nodded. The scientists would probably be watching him through the little guy now, waiting to see what he would do next…
“What would you say to a trip to Sector 002? To watch everyone in action?”
Yes, pissing it off right now is highly unadvised. The dog remembers this one from an earlier time— but there is no wag of the tail or cock of the head or any indication at all that it does.
At his question, words materialize on the monitor, bold and black and threatening against the red.
[ THAT WOULD BE ]
[ FINE, YES ]
Though agreeing to Bro’s proposal, the dog has no plans to help its ‘travel partner’ out if things get sticky— and really, its presence may just make things worse (something that the man will probably just have to find out on his own).
The dog begins for Sector 002, not even bothering to check back and make sure the other is in tow.
Oh, what a strange coincidence. All Neku wants now is to know what the hell is going on. Being displaced is bad enough, but when the hellhole starts malfunctioning?
He might as well have been sent straight to hell instead.
With careful steps, he approaches the mutt. No presence detected yet, that’s good, good. In one swift swoop, he’s taken the dog in his arms, and is suddenly grateful for its lack of a mouth.
“I want you to tell me what’s going on, and I want you to tell me right now.”
Once again, his tone is anything but inviting.
The dog is quite busy searching for someone to observe— so busy, in fact, it doesn’t notice the person sneaking up behind it until its feet leave the ground.
Normally, it may wiggle around, uselessly kicking the air with its paws and demanding (in old movie sound clips) to be put back down.
This is anything but a normal situation, and the dog considers what the boy has just done a threat.
Black cables snake out from the back of the television, surrounding the other’s face, illuminating his features with intimidating sparks of electricity.
Putting it down may be in your best interest!
The lights are out, nothing works— the city’s in a coma, and panic seems inevitable.
Not everything is crippled, though. There is one television that still runs, a television that is eerily attached to the neck of an otherwise ordinary dog. Though some have already met this strange pooch— and some have even ‘befriended’ it— right now, it has no interest in such silly human sentiments.
As it wanders the dark streets, its monitor completely red (splashing unsettling-coloured light upon everything before it), all it wants right now is information. It wants to study, to know.
If it wasn’t already obvious, you are the test subject.
The dog may or may not employ various tactics to gauge your responses, to pressure you during this no doubt stressful time, and to provoke you into giving it what it wants.
Be wary. Man’s best friend, this creature is not.
He grinned, glad that his new friend liked the name that he gave him . He wouldn’t want him to be stuck with a name he wouldn’t like .
“You’re really nice, too, Paopu !” He bent down and rubbed the dog’s back . He had always liked animals, though all he never had the chance to get a pet on Destiny Island or while traveling . “We’re friends now, right ?”
